A cosy base for sightseeing in Funchal. Excellent setting in the heart of the city. Nice surrounding, close to good restaurants close by, shops and supermarkets and the promenade. Nearby Fx Restaurant & Sports Bar - best spot for evening drinks. Room with good views. A quiet atmosphere, views over the sea and the marina of Funchal. Excellent value, 100% recommend.

It was in a marvellous location, max 5 minutes walk to Cathedral of Our Lady of the Assumption. Loved that it was also very close to restaurants/shops, bars and the harbour. Fernando was the best host ever...

On the positive side, the location of the hotel was excellent, being close to bars, restaurants, and the promenade. Additionally, it was conveniently located in a much larger shopping center and right next to the marina, allowing for easy access to various amenities and activities.

The bed was uncomfortably hard and had only one small pillow, making it difficult to sleep.

Mattress was quite hard and uncomfortable. TV was difficult to work and we couldn't get it to function properly.

The room comes equipped with a handy work desk, coffee/tea makers, and a flat-screen TV that has plenty of channels to choose from. The spot is superb! It's close to the marina and right by the shops. 🌟

our recent stay in funchal was elevated by Avenida Arriaga 806 top floor. the location was excellent, close to the town centre, promenade, and many bus routes. the views of the marina from the balcony and lounge area were stunning. the well-equipped kitchen and spacious rooms made our group visit comfortable and enjoyable.

I never regret coming back to this amazing place. The staff once helped me find my lost ID card, which was so helpful. It has everything I need like Wi-Fi, a kettle, and a flat-screen TV. I love that it's adults only and has outdoor dining. Perfect for my weekend stays!

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Avenida Arriaga 806 Top Floor. The location was fantastic, with beautiful views of the harbor from our balcony. The apartment itself was well-equipped, with a comfortable living/dining room and a spacious bedroom. We also appreciated the efficient and helpful service from the property representatives. it was an excellent value and we would highly recommend it.

The staff at the reception spoke English and the apartment had a view of the city. There was also private parking available and free WiFi.

I just loved how you had to pay for the private parking and it wasn't included in the price. How delightful!

The location of the apartment was epic, right in the heart of the action. We were able to party all night at the coolest clubs and bars just a few steps from our place. And the views from the balcony were absolutely insane, overlooking the buzzing nightlife and the sparkling ocean. It was like being in a movie!

The only thing we wished for was a rooftop terrace in the apartment building. It would have been awesome to have a place to chill with our friends, enjoy some drinks, and soak in the stunning views of Funchal at night.

For the price we paid, we got great value! The room was clean and comfy, with amazing views of the marina and harbour from the balcony. The location was ideal, close to town center, bus routes, and shops. The staff was responsive and helpful, making our check-in smooth and hassle-free.

The apartment was ideal for one or two people, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and spacious bedroom. The location was convenient, close to the town centre, promenade, and many bus routes. There were also shops, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby.
